no musical experience at all.  These questions are designed to help us be ready for you, whatever your level. 
You may omit answering any or all questions.

                                                 SUMMERKEYS POLICY
 

 Please read the following information carefully and make sure to check the Acceptance Acknowledgement, otherwise your application can not proceed. 
 

 1.        A deposit of $150 per week, non-refundable after May 1 and the $40 registration fee
     (non-refundable) must accompany each registration.

 2.       Balance of tuition is due two weeks before arrival.

 3.       Tuition is not refunded due to late arrival.

 4.       Practice hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

 5.       SummerKeys reserves the right to terminate instruction and use of its facilities should a student exhibit
     behavior we feel warrants such action.

 6.        Cancellation and tuition refunds: Two week notice 100% minus deposit; less than two weeks notice
      75% minus deposit; $40 registration is non-refundable.
